Or almost all of them. Unfortunately, he thinks this means there's little point trying to hide most of it. So he'll focus on highlighting the dangers, since Steve likely highlighted the best friend angle and downplayed how lethal he could be with the right trigger.]

[He doesn't even really remember what happened. Those voices had been babbling in his head after meeting the Prophet, and then Steve had been there, and then-- then there was just the Soldier.
The addition of a combination of words hikes his paranoia up a level.
How does he know all this stuff? Even Steve didn't know about the trigger words. Was he HYDRA? No-- No, that was ridiculous. If he was, he would have done or said something to while they were together.
What matters now is just making sure House stays quiet.]

He's honestly torn. His initial gut reaction is to refuse at once. He doesn't want to take any more missions from anyone, he doesn't want to be that man any more that loses his autonomy in the pursuit of the goals of others. It makes his distrust and dislike of House rise to hatred.
On the other hand, a retrieval mission would be simple for him. And the alternative is Steve being told where to find him, which could trigger the Soldier again. He'd be less wary of this, more open to speaking to Steve, if he hadn't had the lapse and killed again. He really had thought himself doing well, but clearly not.]
