[It's a huge relief once he sees this message crop up. Two days isn't terribly long to have waited, but the anxious not knowing never gets any easier around here. He's lost too many people already. The sentiment is more than he expects, but it doesn't hurt.]

Why might he talk to me?

[He's not particularly conducive to conversations even with people he knows well, strangers doubly so.]

i was talking to him after i saw peters post
i got to telling him how at first i didnt trust you and we didnt get along in person
but that you were a good dude anyway
that you wanted to help us get out of the cells and you were trying to be better
and that i helped you when you lost your memories
i didnt tell him the personal details so dont worry
he doesnt know the big stuff
i just got kind of struck by things
how you didnt even run just because the anomaly looked like steve
and i guess it made me reflect on the rest
so he said he said you sounded like a good guy and he might talk to you if you came back

Then you should tell him that I'm not a good guy. If you have a friend, the last thing you want to do is point them at me.

I do need people. I wish I didn't, it would make it easier to keep everybody safe, but I do. Just because I like having people around, it doesn't change the fact that you shouldn't be directing people to me and I'm not a good person.
