[He's got enough with being Watson's patient, so the rebuttal is harsher than intended.]
You prescribed drugs to me once, that's all.

I'm going to need them again soon, they got used faster than intended.
[Faster than he could use them if it were just for insomnia.]

Faster than intended? Jay, Fentora comes with precise instructions for a reason. You really shouldn't use more than the prescribed dosage. Are your sleep troubles that serious?
[There's an emphasis on sleep troubles that suggests they are not talking about sleep troubles.]

It had to be used as an anaesthetic for surgery.
[He doesn't say his surgery, though that's probably obvious with how slurred his words are.]

[Wilson wasn't expecting that one. Time to ask a litany of questions that he's sure Bucky won't answer.] Done by whom? What happened? Are you okay?
no subject
I'm fine.
[Firm, solid.]
It was an amputation. Frostbite.
no subject
He asks anyway. He has a feeling that just making assumptions isn't going to get him very far.]
And were you the one who had something amputated?
no subject
But he can't afford to alienate another doctor. He needs that prescription to keep others from getting hurt and Wilson is his last chance. Watson has been good to him, far too good considering what's happened, but there's no way he'll want anything to do with Bucky once they can part. Rightly so.
So there's just a long pause instead while he triple checks the privacy filter.]
Yes. [And then, because he's sure it's going to be the next question.] Left arm, parts of my shoulder. I'm fine.
no subject
I'm glad to hear you're okay. Is there another doctor there with you? Last question.
[Probably.]
no subject
That's not your business.

I told you, I'm fine. I'm not your patient, so drop it.

John Watson is with me.
[Sorry, John.]
no subject
Okay. Thanks for letting me know.
[He'll keep his promise and won't ask any more questions, but...] I trust that you're doing alright aside from the frostbite.
[It's not a question!]
no subject
[The word is bitten off, it's clear he's getting really annoyed.]
Have you got everything you want now?
[Leave him alone and just be a drug dispenser for him.]
no subject
[There's a slight tilt to his words like he's subtly trying to guilt trip Bucky, but it's not overt. Or maybe it's not there at all.]
